A lovely place for a great weekend with friends. Fantastic views a bonus. Even storm Darragh didnt ruin it for us. Would definitely recommend.

Middle Barn is a fantastic house which caters for everyone 4 generations. The view from the kitchen sink is gorgeous I enjoyed washing the baby bottles. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and enjoyed by all The house is well equipped with everything you could want and was great that it had a downstairs room and toilet which my mum could use as she is not good with the stairs. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and was so kind and helpful. The chickens and the deer visiting us every morning was lovely. We will definitely be back again thank you
Brenda

Great fish and chips from Crossroads fish and chip shop and a lovely park just along the road. Also lovely treats on arrivalsweets, cookies, Proseccothank you cery much for a lovely break Bev!

The highlight for us was the hot tub which was brilliant. Thank you Bev, wed love to stay again!
Amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! ! Me and my bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding and it was lovely and homely, spacious, comfortable and cosy. We're even planning our next girls trip her next year!! The views from the house are stunning, theres chickens coming to say hello, the hot tub is also gorgeous. Absolutely worth the money I paid and can't wait to come stay again.

We loved the cottage. Lots of room and very comfortable. Well equipped and maintained, and spotlessly clean on arrival. Communication with Bev was excellent and we enjoyed seeing the animals and the birds in the garden. Also loved the hot tub after long local walks. We would happily recommend Middle Barn to anyone.
We all had a lovely stay at Middle Barn . It was enough space for all of us with comfy beds . The scenery of the steam train on the weekend was lovely , I took my Mum out on it Mother's Day in her wheelchair . Enjoyed the deer and chickens around the barn . The hot tub was beautiful to relax in at the end of a day out in Skipton , Ilkley and Otley . The owner of the Barn was very helpful if we needed anything , thankyou for a lovely break x
Weekend away group of 7. Great property had everything we needed and more. Bev the owner was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed. Had a great time. Thank you
Philip
We had an excellent stay at Middle Barn cottage and can highly recommend the property. There were many personal touches that made us feel welcome and added to our stay, such as a courtesy call on our day of arrival, fresh eggs and some wine set out for us, the cot we requested fully set up with bedding, and toys set out in the child's playroom when we arrived. The dual sitting rooms are perfect for a mixed family setup, with a child's playroom and larger living room next door, and the kitchen is big enough to host everyone at mealtimes. The bedrooms are cosy and there is more than enough storage for an extended visit. The garden is private and pleasant, and the hottub is an excellent bonus. A few tips for anyone booking a stay The road down to the property is narrow, steep and potholed, but can be navigated without trouble by driving carefully at low speed. There is enough parking for at least 3 cars right outside. Food delivery and taxi firms found the cottage without too much trouble. Upstairs and downstairs have separate heating controls, and we found that upstairs became too hot at night if you increased it above 16 degrees. Many thanks to Bev for the hospitality and ideal location during our visit to the area!
Christine
We had a wonderful stay ! Exceeded our expectations ! Bev ,super friendly ,and great help with suggestions for places to visit with children on a wet day !!! Hot tub was a big hit ,especially with the children ! Cosy get together for the family .The steam train passing ,the hens to be fed ,ponies ,deers ,what a find ! Some ongoing work at front of property ,was a bit off a shock at first ,but soon forgot about it ,and work to improve the entrance rd has to be done sometime ! The back garden more than makes up for it !!! The barn itself was spotless ,with everything you would need ,including toys !!!! Magical special break for us all .Thank you x
Lovely place ideal for group booking

Michelle
Had a wonderful stay with my family, the cottage was deceiving looks smaller from the outside Than its actual siz, my family of 8 had plenty of space and we wasnt all on top of each other. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. My granddaughters loved it so much they did not want to leave and are still asking to go back.
Yhe 6 of us girls recently stayed here for two nights July 2023. The cottage was spotless and set up beautifully
Rebecca
Absolutely fabulous stay would 100 recommend!
Stephen
A very clean and comfortable cottage. Bev was a lovely person and made us all feel really welcome
Lovely spot over looking the valley and the steam train line at the bottom. Quiet and relaxing. Owner Bev lives next doors and is absolutely lovely and helpful but let us get on with our weekend. The house was clean, spacious and tidy. Hot tub was a welcome addition. Slight issue with the back patio door a few times, on the last night and morning we couldnt open it to get out to the garden but when I text Bev, Chris came round to fix it. Would definitely return a great spot for walking and enjoying the area. 25 minute walk into the centre of Haworth.
Lovely cottage and owner, beautiful area to stay
Stephanie
In general, we find the accommodation very comfortable. Our disappointment is the amount of rubbish debris left in the surrounding areas.
Robert
I booked middle barn for a surprise birthday getaway for my partner. The location is breathtaking, the cottage itself was absolutely spectacular. We settled in as though it was our own home. Very cosy, warm and inviting, with everything we could possibly need provided. Absolutely perfect setting for a break. We were even provided with a tub of feed for the resident deer and chickens. Absolutely full marks, will definitely be coming back again. And again.
Karenna
The cottage was fabulous, so homely and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It had everything we needed and more. The kids playroom was a massive hit with the kids, the hot tub was amazing and the cosy living room was so comfy. Bev was excellent in communicating with us and sorting out any minor issues. Would highly recommend!
Great cottage in beautiful setting and owners super friendly
Catherine
We had an absolutely brilliant weekend at the barn. Bev messaged to check we were all ok when we arrived and asked if there was anything we needed. There was a welcome bottle of wine and coffee etc provided. The cottage is cosy and the view is beautiful. We loved the chickens and deer that were walking around outside too. It was a lovely walk into Haworth and Oakworth and we are very likely to return again
Andrew
Middle barn was a wonderful stay for us, absolutely amazing time, Bev is very attentive and made sure any information I needed was readily available too us. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely stay in the Yorkshire dales and we will definitely return.
Andrew
This is the second time we have stayed with the hosts of Middle Barn, having previoisly stayed in Little Barn, and both times have been brilliant. The hosts go above and beyond in every way and their properties are beautiful and are like home from home and have everything you could possibly need to enjoy a break away. The location is also stunning having wild deer coming into the garden to graze and the local village of Haworth is fantastic day and night. Would definately recommend for anyone to stay here and we are already looking to book again in the near future.
Joanne
We had a lovely stay at Middle Barn. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the cottage had all the facilities we needed. It was very quiet, which was lovely for a relaxing break. Bev was very helpful and responded to my questions promptly. Thanks Bev.
Home from home, lovely property with all the home comforts you need and some you didnt realise you needed Thank you for making our stay hassle free , from the deer in the garden to the chickens greeting you this was a thoroughly relaxing break. We would also recommend a trip on the railway and a visit to the waterfalls but make sure you have walking boots and some water. P.s we will be back next year
Stephanie
Lovely comfortable holiday home with stunning views We loved our stay at Middle Barn the house was clean, beautifully presented and the owner, Bev, couldnt have been more welcoming. There was enough space for 2 families very practical to have 2 living rooms, one of which had a variety of toys, games and DVDs for little ones.. We enjoyed lots of walks in and around Haworth and the Dales with stunning views everywhere. The spacious patio area with hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We had a fantastic time and would definitely consider going back!
Abigail
The property was really lovely, with stunning views and a lovely back patio and garden. It was peaceful! It was really clean and had loads of perfect facilities, I'd definitely come back again with family next time.
A lovely cottage, which was just as we had hoped it was a great base for what was a lovely holiday. Plenty of things to do nearby some stunning walks, seeing the sights, shopping in Haworth, or just relaxing. The cottage was very clean and comfortable throughout, with plenty of space and amenities including bbq and hot tub. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay in this cottage.
Very spacious and well equipped cottage. Spotlessly clean. Great views from the front and lovely garden with hot tub at the back.
Belinda
We had a fantastic few days stay here. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome by the owners. They were their to help when we needed, but then left us to enjoy our break, which was perfect! For anyone wanting to know if there is a cot and a high chair in the cottage, YES THERE IS. We messaged sykes to ask and were told no. The owners were not asked and were unaware of us even asking, so if you want to know anything at all contact the owners directly, they are lovely!!
I tried to give it 5 stars but the website seemed to be malfunctioning. Bev was a brilliant host. She was always on hand to offer advice about where to go or places to eat and drink. The cottage was brilliant. The fire and hot tub added to the whole weekend. I'm quite tall myself so did have to duck at times for light shades etc. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and it was an added bonus to see so many deer. We'd love to return.
Weekend away group of 7. Great property had everything we needed and more. Bev the owner was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed. Had a great time. Thank you
The Cottage was perfect, we stayed for Christmas and everything was there what we needed and beautiful decorations had been put up. The deer came to greet us on arrival. Beautiful relaxing break. Highly recommend.
Francesca
We absolutely loved our stay at middle barn. The cottage was lovely with stunning views from the front and a lovely garden made so pretty with fairy lights. The hot tub was perfect after wet walks in the day and the whole experience topped off but seeing the white deer that roam around the land. We had everything we could have needed and more for our stay. Ideal location for getting around the area. Would definitely recommend.
