We had a fantastic weekend celebrating an 80th birthday with three generations. The chapel exceeded our expectationsand despite the freezing weather, it was cosy and warm inside. The Christmas decorations added a lovely touch. The hot tub under the snowy, starry sky was truly magical. Also, thanks so much for the generous welcome hamper - much appreciated. We definitely hope to return soon. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Chapel of the Arts for our 50th family celebration. The place is so spacious and comfortable, perfect for both kids and adults. The BBQ, fire pit, hot tub, saunaand cinema all got lots of use and were big hits! The art supplies kept the little ones happily busy. We also enjoyed some lovely walks nearby and a trip to Eureka, though honestly, you could just relax and not leave from start to finish. Truly a great spot for a special occasion!
Emma
Really enjoyed our stay, will come again!
Emma
Wow, what a stunning place! We spent ages exploring all the doors and squealing over each new gorgeous room. The decor is lovely and everything’s so well thought out. The hot tub was a real highlightand the cinema room is perfect for a chill night. Beds were comfyand the whole place was spotless. Can't wait to return!
Emily
I honestly don't know where to start! The Chapel of Art totally exceeded our expectations. The views were stunningand we made full use of all the facilities - the kids loved the games room, while we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The bathrooms were lovelyand the fire pit was perfect for chilly evenings. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be returning soon - what a fantastic place!
Emma
Nice vibe, cosy atmosphereand lots of separate spaces to relax in.
Emma
We really enjoyed the stunning views and peaceful setting near Howorth, it’s such a lovely spot. However, the place has a few downsides. The chapel is split into two lets, so you can hear noise from the other side, which isn’t ideal. The hot tub area is overlooked and you have to walk past their dining room window to get there - not very private. The dining space is quite tight, with the table squeezed against the stairs upstairs, while all toilets are downstairs. It’s a bit worn in placesand looks like the photos might be from when it was new. Could do with a refresh.
Emma
Honestly, we were quite let down by this place. The overall vibe felt pretty gloomy thanks to the dark decor, which made the space feel depressing. There was dirt everywhere - cobwebs, dead moths on the stairsand even stuff left under the beds. The stairs to nowhere took up valuable space, especially near the dining area. We even had to bring our own cleaning products to the ensuite because it was so dirty. Definitely not what we expected!
Emma
We loved this unique, charming place packed with character. Perfect for a family celebration-my mum's 80th birthday was truly memorable. Definitely somewhere we'd return to!
Emma
We had an amazing weekend! The house is really special, perfect for our hen party. Beds were super comfyand the place oozes charm with lovely little touches from the host. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave - it’s a proper good place! Would definitely stay again.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at the Chapel of Art! It’s such a quirky place, perfect for exploring the area, especially Haworth and the Steam Railway. The location was spot on. The kitchen had everything we neededand the kids loved the painting supplies. The cinema room was a real hit too! Only thing to watch out for is the lots of stairs, which made things a bit tricky with a toddler, but overall, we had a fab time!
Emily
Honestly, this place was a breath of fresh air! The quirky upside-down layout made everything feel so airy and bright, plus it was surprisingly private with all the skylights. The colourful walls gave it such a fun vibeand we really felt like we could just get lost in it. The care box on arrival was such a lovely touch. There’s tons of fridge space too, which is a godsend when you're with a big group. Comfy sofas and beds made it all the more perfect. We loved it and would definitely come back!
Ellie
We had a really lovely stay! The house was honestly the cleanest we've ever come across and super well equipped. Every room felt unique and thoughtfully put together, which we loved. The small touches like colouring pencils and paint made it extra special. The hot tub was a big hit too! Location-wise, it’s perfect with two pubs nearbyand Howarth is just a short drive away. Definitely recommend this place if you're after a comfy, well-located stay!
Emma

There was plenty of space for all of usand we made good use of the cinema room, hot tuband sauna - such a treat. The extra fridge near the cinema was handy too, saving us trips to the kitchen.
